I thought since they have been attending public gatherings about blockchain. they will be able to get the softcap before the presale without any worries.

Kepler is a very modern project that will eventually become the foremost and enter the first ranks in the production of robotics.
I am hoping that kepler can fulfill all their features and all thier goals in the near future. Even though the implementation of the project will be costly I am sure kepler team can find ways.
We will do what we are set to do. We abide by the schedule of our roadmap.

Based on the good progress they had and positive feedback received I guess they would surely hit the soft cap. Because Kepler is becoming popular now with lot of supporters in this project.
Having a good team of professionals and being transparent to the people, there is no doubt that the ICO sale will be reached. The concept is realistic and very useful in the near future so I probably assumed that not only the soft cap will be achieved but also the hard cap.
