Having a huge Telegram group doesn't necessary mean that they are legit. There are Telegram groups of scam ICOs who have a huge number of members but most of them are either inactive or act like bots. I am quite sure this ICO's telegram group is no different.

i don't know it's actually scam or not. but their project are not good for me. i have to research on it properly .
