Looks like OP is just a troll with no actual scam accusation except showing us his ignorance about the purpose of Guarantee. I suggest he reads more about the letter of guarantee and how it works.
I wonder how he thinks of exchanging his Bitcoins for monero and then back using a centralized exchange (they are the ones that have the volumes as opposed to non KYC p2ps) and think that he will remain anonymous  Grin

Clearly a SCAM.

if you had put this site on google you would probably have seen these negative reviews they have, you can see it here:

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/[banned mixer]

they have ANN thread here on bitcointalk:

♻️ [banned mixer] — FAST, SECURE and RELIABLE BITCOIN MIXER (Since 2016) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

you must post proof that they stole your money.

Beware, these are scammers, there is NO SUCH THING as a Bitcoin mixer

you should not generalize, there is reliable mixer and you can find it in this forum, I speak of https://chipmixer.com

Clearly a SCAM.

Who in their right mind would send their Bitcoins to some wallet address and get a "letter of guarantee" in return?

This is a common way that mixing services prove that they own the address to which you're about send some coins.  Obviously it's not a guarantee that the service won't scam you, it still requires you to trust that the service will return your money.  It does guarantee that the service is in control of the address, however.

I've never used [banned mixer], so I don't know if they are a scam or not, but your comments make it sound like you've never used them either.  Have you used the service, and were you scammed?  Or were you scammed by imposters, like Jawhead999 suggested?

Do you really sure you use the correct url? Because when I type cryptomixer on google, I saw other phishing websites of [banned mixer] that has almost same interface here
Code:
https://cryptomixer-io[dot]com/

Who in their right mind would send their Bitcoins to some wallet address and get a "letter of guarantee" in return? Letter of guarantee for what? Loll
AFAIK it's for verifying your transaction whether you send to correct of their address or not, someone just lost his Bitcoin due to not having the Letter of guarantee MYCRYPTOMIXER SCAM! 13 BTC LOST USING HIS MIXER

If it's correct url you can provide more evidence of your accusations

If you want to clean your coins, just exchange them into another currency (Monero) and change them back!

Beware, these are scammers, there is NO SUCH THING as a Bitcoin mixer
