You can move the BTC to a free blockchain.info address, sign the message and move it back to coinbase.

I'm just trying to help. Nobody is going to send first or use a untrusted escrow. You're just wasting time here if you think otherwise and most members will label you as a scammer.

There is very simple way, just sign message with your wallet address.

You'll look less like a scammer if you post and sign the address with the 1.75 BTC and agree to use a trusted forum escrow.
Don't deal with anyone over skype.
