Btw is your problem OP got resolved already?
I am pretty sure OP's issue was even resolved that very day but even after rushing here to call a service scam just because what he expected wasn't met within one hour, he has not come out since then to at least clear the air and confirm that everything is now fine.

There where some issues today but they have been solved now, apologies for the delays.

I'm afraid bitblender account will reply eventually since his last active was more than 2 weeks. So that best thing is to contact Hhampuz which has direct contact to the admin/owner of bitblender. And I don't see any contact page on their site the .IO domain. (cannot access the tor link)
Their account was last online at 7 PM forum time so I think OP should leave them a PM. His situation should be cleared within a day.
Visited his profile again and he really logs in earlier, maybe someone messaged him about OP.

I am not sure what makes you think that you can start a scam accusation for a speculation for a major mixing website for delaying more than a hour which is unwarranted, you can provide your details before starting this scam accusation, you will get a response from the team soon, have you contacted them through their support system as you will get any response within a day.
People have gotten a lot more sensitive to services not immediately delivering what they promised to deliver, which on one hand is understandable, but on the other hand also not because there is no way to avoid errors.

I personally would wait at least 24 hours before opening up a thread, and then calmly explain the situation as it is. Calling services a scam like this is unjustified and I find it even quite disturbing.

As service you try to do the best you can to serve your users, and then suddenly someone pops up calling it a scam for no reason. That sucks. There is no way you can protect yourself against this....

Google can't detect scam or to recognize if a certain project has a good reputation or not.
It couldn't even check if reviews are true or not.
However, regarding Op's query, you can always chat their support team to ask for assistance.

Their raters should be able to do it tho. Raters can rate ads as negative if it is a scam, such as a phishing site. Even though this depends on their knowledge too, they should at least research the legit site and confirm if the ads don't mimic it. If they failed to do it then their payment will get reduced or get removed from the project.

Do you have the "Proof of Ownership" or "Bitcoin Blender Guarantee" letter of the mixing transaction?

Best thing to do is contact their handle here on bitcointalk directly or send them a ticket and sort things from there.

I never knew there are any phishing site targeting bitblender however it's not impossible. Anyone can come up with a similar site using a very similar domain name to trick people.
There are so many phishing websites trying to a number of reputable bitcoin mixer services, so I would not be surprised if I saw one.
OP could have just panicked and needs to be patient a bit.

yes the Transactions are confrimed.
If that is the case why don't you post your transaction ID if you really think that they scammed you, you should have waited a day or two to start a scam accusation like this for a reputed site like this which is running smoothly for a long time, you could have started this in scam accusation instead of bitcoin discussion if you really think that they scammed you and i would like to know the transaction details or the amount to validate your claims, if its more than ten plus bitcoin then we can understand if not it is too early for an accusation.

Op, Bitblender is a very reputable mixer, and I am sure they would not risk their reputation by scamming someone. Like others pointed out, it might be a good idea to send a message to their manager, but I would ask you to wait for 24 hours before doing that, since the issue might resolve itself within this period of time, and I bet Hhampuz is pretty busy and should not be bothered unless something is clearly wrong. I am not sure whether you used the real Bitblender, but in case it's the right one, I am sure you will see the job done. Or perhaps by the time you read this message, everything is alright. Please text an update in this thread in case it is.

Yes, this is the right one. Maybe you can try to wait more longer? or you can try to PM Hhampuz for this as he's the manager of the bitblender signature campaign here, and I have a guess that he has direct contact of the bitblender admin.

I never knew there are any phishing site targeting bitblender however it's not impossible.people.
Yes, there is. Try to google. There's even a google ad (blender.ID) for that which is absurd how google filter this kind of sites on their ad network.

That's amazing how even Google is not able to detect that scam. The site is actually looking good and must have received some share of the market for this service as you would never detect it to be a scam site. On to the main topic, good that the transactions were eventually confirmed after some delay and OP must have been relieved already.

I think 1 hour is too early to get panic I guess and you should wait for the Randomized delay (mandatory, between 1 and 6 hours).
Have you read the first the guide of bitblender before claiming it here and get panic while your bitcoin now is mixing?

Despite being a Clearnet mixing service, BitMixer.io claims to keep no logs or personal information, essentially marketing itself as an anonymous Bitcoin mixing service. No account creation is required to use the service, and features include:

- Customizable service fee (set your own service fee between 0.5 and 3.5%)
- Customizable delay (optional, up to 23 hours)
- Multiple withdrawals (optional)

Cons:
- All traffic goes through CloudFlare
- Requires JavaScript
2. Bit Launder

Link: https://bitlaunder.com

Bit Launder offers two services - a Quick Mix and a Secure Mix. Account creation is required, and features include:

- Standardized service fees (2% or 3% depending on the service selected)
- Customizable delay (optional)
- Multiple withdrawals (optional)

Cons:
- All traffic goes through CloudFlare
- Requires JavaScript
3. Coin Mixer

Link: https://coinmixer.net

Coin Mixer was started in 2013, and offers a standard Bitcoin Mixing service online, with no account creation required. Features include:

- Randomized service fees (1.5-3%)
- Randomized delay (mandatory, between 1 and 6 hours)
- Multiple withdrawals (optional)

Move this to Service Discussion.

I don't think you've been scammed as there had been cases such as this wherein they have processed the mixes late, or just not on time with their system. Best thing to do is contact their handle here on bitcointalk directly or send them a ticket and sort things from there. If they have scammed you off your money, they'll have to lose more than what they scammed you. How much are you mixing anyway?

Could you post here the website url of the bitblender your talking? coz I'm afraid that you might use one of the phishing sites of bitblender.

I don't think it's the case of OP. I think he is just panicking. Let it give enough time and we may see everything was done successfully.

If you use the correct one, maybe you should consider the post above for the confirmation stuff, since it requires x numbers of confirmation before it reflects on their system.
