I personally woudn't recommend to raise complaint to two simultaneous platforms, anyway.
If they respond, one eis nough.

But, If the casino not making any response at all + just leaving the case without getting back again to us. Even our self contacted them multiple time, opened a case to different platform was a good option.

Cause, is gonna to make some awareness on different platform for them and make them gave some word faster to us.

Somehow, the reason behind this delay gonna be:
- Checking for the bets
- Arbitrage
- Some other reasons like avoiding betting limits, multi-account, and abused bonus.

IMO, try to push a little bit with "CASINO GURU". They also can contact the casino to response, and you will have 2 opened cases (Casino Guru + BTT). Good lucks.

Casinoguru refused it because they cant do anything with sportsbook, only casino, which i find totally weird ....

Also i see it totally stupid, 5 weeks been passed, i did maybe....50 bets? im talking by memory, they had enough time to check everybet

My experience says that when you have big balance some "casinos" always try to make you dizzy and dont pay

Wanted to point that out when I read this thread through my morning coffee, that submitting to CG will not be possible as they will not mediate sports-related issue.

And OP, to think of it, not weird at all. It's in their name: casino-guru, casino. It's been their policy for as long as I can remember.

There is another ADR that the forum members usually recommended, AskGamblers, who --as their name is "gamble"-- mediate all gambling related issues, including sportsbetting. But Chips weren't there. So best we can do is wait for their rep to appear here or for your situation to resolve itself by having the investigation concluded.

@OP, had you taken any deposit bonus? Which game you had played there? Casinos usually take long time to do the investigation if anyone get some big win on slots game frequently. I hope that you will find a solution here. The forum members are trying their best to help you out. 'logfiles' has already made a post in Chips.gg ANN thread to get the attention. I'll try to PM them, just in case they're in skeleton crew mode and will not come to the forum for a while as they're busy handling other matter outside the forum. AFAIK, several casinos, that I am in contact with, are under this mode following the long holiday ahead. A PM will [hopefully they set it that way] send alert to their email

yeah, it'll be better if you do, take screenshots of the conversation you've had with their support and post them here. It'll show that you can back up your claims and might give more context to your post.

I agree, it isn't the first time I've seen a casino waiting for its game provider's feedback on someone's account before they allow the withdrawal, freeze it or close the account.

Thanks for the  reply, im waiting 5 weeks already so a few days more is not big deal...

This is frustrating!

I know sometimes the 3rd party game providers ask casinos to disable withdrawal for some specific players because they want to review your account and sometimes it takes a long time. But the support should provide you with an estimate of how long it may take. If they do not have any estimate, that is frustrating. I would like to hear from @chipsgg.

As I can see, logfiles already posted in their thread and asked them to check this thread. If you did not violated any of their rules, I don't think they are going to scam you as they previously solved some cases. So, I would ask you to wait a few more days. But if nothing changes in one more weeks, you may consider opening a case in Casino.guru.

The point is that they were syaing the same everytime i opend a chat , almost few days since one month.

Also its pretty weird that they are saying that my account is under review when im not even in positive P/L.

I feel they are just mocking me because there is not any sense in "reviewing" my account for 5 weeks specially when im negative.

I feel like they are waiting for feedback from the game provider who is trying to "review" your account, although it's a bit unfair that they are not telling you the actual situation at hand. A customer or client needs to at least know what's going on or else they may end up freaking out. This is money we are talking about.

Let's wait and see how their representative here can help you. You may need to practice a little more patience until he get's the message and responds.

Sorry for the bad experience. Did they give you the time when they expected the review to have been completed? Honestly, it sucks for one to wait for ages with no visible signs that the issue is getting resolved

They do have a representative in the forum and their reputation seems to be pretty solid here. I do hope you will get helped as soon as possible. Let me also try alerting them in their thread

What happened:

Hello, feel free to ask any question. Im gonna explain my problem with this "casino"



I did my first deposit 28 OCTOBER , and did many others deposits, that i ended losing.The total amount i deposited was more than 90 LTC.



Currently i have a balance of 57 LTC, day 14 NOVEMBER i tried to do one withdraw but the option was disabled, and in chat they are saying that my account is under review until now.......



My account is on a negative P/L, and they seem to dont want to enable withdraw for me even with that, im fully verified KYC and wouldnt mind to send aditional verifications but they didnt even ask. Just everytime i open a chat they say my acc is under review.



Feel free to ask anything, english isnt my main language so i could not be accurate describing my problem.



Anyways, this complaint is my last hope, because for me they are mocking me and clearly dont have any intention to pay me(near 5 weeks under review my account THAT is negative....cmon)
