Each time I visited a blog article about BTC mixers I found several scams promoted in. Either they post about a website know as scammer either they post a website which is nothing more than a clone of a previous project (so a scam too), knowing perfectly what they're doing.
Better to rely on Reddit, forum discussions, etc
Blog articles will probably sell their souls just to publish an article so there's no surprise that they will promote a scam website, in short they don't have a principle. Reddit as a source of information isn't really the best for me because there is a chance that people are trolling and some trolls can really get too far.

And add coinmixer.it to the list.  another site that looks legit but returns nothing.   Has an email on protonmail at the bottom of the site and does not respond.
Just because it looks legit doesn't mean it's legit. That's how deceptive scammers can be.

You should try to stick to Old trustworthy mixers like Chipmixer to avoid any chances of getting scammed.

Also have been scammed by coinmixer.es, so please I encourage anyone to do research on a mixer or any BTC service BEFORE you use it. I know I sure as hell learned a $300 dollar lesson. Not to mention I was borrowing that money from multiple friends so I have no idea wtf I'm going to do.

Yes, I've been scammed by these guys as well. Do not trust mixing sites at all in 2019. Mixing has been objectively demonstrated to be utterly useless as dedicated investigators can always trace the source funds of BTC through the Blockchain. This is a flaw on Bitcoin's part. Simply use Monero or look for other solutions.

Do not use any mixing service. I lost around ~$30 in BTC trying to mix my coins through the same site. Actually, it was a clearnet site ranking the "best mixers", all of which were scam sites, possibly connected to the same person.

Hello,

I have just been scammed by these little rats for over 1000 USD. Did not read this post before. Doesn't matter. Was just a trial to check their validity.

I will pass this matter to our boss, he do not like worms like this. We will engage heavily in finding those little pricks and bring them to justice. You do not mess with Chechenia lords...

If we are successful i'll let u know.

Igor
Sorry about what you went through. There are so many scam bitcoin mixers out there and shouldn't just trust any site you google.
I made a list of scam bitcoin mixers and am yet to add more in the coming days. Keep your eyes peeled.

You can get the "ads" removed from Google by reporting them... to get the sites taken down, you're better off reporting the sites to their domain registrar and/or hosting provider.

Here I like to share my experience with the bitcoin mix service.
I have tired few website unfortunately I have been scammer  by majority.

Important first .

Don't believing the feedback from
https://bestbitcoinmixers.com/  (Build by scammers)

I suspect the bestbitcoinmixers.com/ is scammer website as well, it give you false information make you trust the scammers.

Paid 0.2 bitcoins to https://coinmixer.es/, you will receive a shit. If you try to email them, no one answers.

https://bitcoinmixer.eu/

Paid 0.08 to https://bitcoinmixer.eu/, unfortunately still a scammer  website.

Fortunately, I have been tried https://bitcoin-laundry.com/ once with very small amount of bitcoins , I mixed 0.15 BTC it works to me.
But i checked on Google a lot of people complains they will steal the large bitcoins.

Guys becareful when you do mix your bitcoins.

Don't trust https://bestbitcoinmixers.com/

Later on I will post the signature information and my bitcoins paid screenshot at here.

These review sites are built for one and only purpose, to mislead people. It's almost certain that they are the exact same people that built these scam mixer sites to begin with, or at the very least affiliated with them.

Given that a lot of services are closing down recently, be extra careful - don't just go around google and use the first mixing service you see. There are tons of both fraudulent and phishing sites, both on these fake review sites and especially google ads. Always check back on the forum for their reputations.

While we report such incidents here on the forum, lets also take it up to ourselves to report their websites to google so that once abuse is cited. Google can remove them from the search results or put up a warning of a scam/phishing site a head the next time someone tries to search for Best Bitcoin Mixers.

I'm not sure how sure how effective this is.

Reporting the coinmixer.** site as a phishing site will likely get some response from google, however, the mixer review site itself isn't a phishing site, but rather one that promotes scams. I'm not sure how Google will deal with this issue as they don't seem to delete potential scams off search results (as it could potentially lead to censorship concerns).

The coinmixer.** is a fake clone of coinmixer.se (archive)  that shut down a year ago.
The current domain actually redirects to their announcement about shutting down.

Paid 0.2 bitcoins to https ://coinmixer.es/ (SCAM! - DO NOT USE!), you will receive a shit. If you try to email them, no one answers.
How did you find that URL? Huh Was it from a Google search?

The ONLY two legitimate URLs for coinmixer are:
clearnet: https://chipmixer.com/
and
TOR: http://chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion/

They are both in every chipmixer signature on this forum Wink

There is a scam accusation section to the forum and that might yield relevant info on these sites or similar or you will find people posting there who have a depth of knowledge to various website problems and previous history

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Good advice above, its a bit boring to say but established sites are far more reliable.    For a mixer site I would always start with the minimum amount and take it from there if only for familiarity and learning the factors in play like timing

You shouldn't be taking advice or suggestions from any random site you find online. The three "top" mixers listed on that site - bitcoinmixer.eu, coinmixer.es and Helix Light - are all known to be scams, and the links I've provided there will take you to posts on this forum explaining just that about each one. The only mixer on their site which I would trust is ChipMixer, which they rank at the bottom, beneath all the scam mixers. It seems pretty likely that that site is deliberately trying to scam people. It would be useful if you could mark the link in your original post saying as such.

In the future I would search on the forum before using any random mixer. You might also want to take a look at this thread: 2019 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites

This is why making some further verification's thru deep searching is always been advisable or just make it as a habit because if you do just let yourself on easily to believe on what you saw then most likely
you would really end up on being scammed yet not all things being suggested on a site is always a valid or a legit one. There might be some legit mixers on the site but majority of them are unknown or
been known to be a scam this is why search and verify before putting or making any transactions.
