Yes, I see your point now, in regards to some of the other accounts that interacted with the thread. I can't really talk about them at all, but I know that I didn't create this account myself, instead I got it from a friend who has it since a while back, wanting to check on some gambling-related information, when I noticed FUN being mentioned, so I felt compelled to write my fair share as well. As far as the creation date and time goes, my guess is that someone, at the point in past you mention, created these in order to sell them in a batch, which he/she probably did at one point. That's everything I have to say about the matter of suspicious accounts, but I am still eager to follow this situation through, for obvious reasons
I understand you're a regular user of xfun.bet, right? So could you at least telling us if the xfun/fun bridge is currently working or not, and if we get without delay FUN and XFUN tokens when we try to swap them? Could you testify it's currently safe for all users to use it without worries, or is it better to wait for an update of the wallet and new testimonials from users according to you? If it's a glitch it can be fixed for other players at least, but if it's something else, it could happen again to someone else sadly.

I'm not exactly sure what is your problem. Yes, I am a real user, and I have no idea about those other accounts you mentioned. How come you aren't questioning whether OP is a real user, considering the fact his account only ever had activity on this particular thread? Based on the argument you established, his claim could very well be completely bogus, since his account is to. Nonetheless, I tried providing my piece, I do hope his matter gets resolved, if it already hasn't.
no problem here, I am not saying that you are not a real user, I am just pointing out that it is suspicious that five accounts suddenly woke up and posted on this thread, all of them created at 5 PM on November 6, 2022, in a span of 12 minutes and all of them implying almost the same thing, if that is not suspicious to you, that's on you. OP's claim could very well be bogus but it doesn't change the fact that what I pointed out is still suspicious.

How come you aren't questioning whether OP is a real user, considering the fact his account only ever had activity on this particular thread?
because other members are already questioning him and I am just following the thread, I would have just continued reading the thread if it weren't for the accounts I mentioned. also, a lot of new accounts are created on this forum for the sole purpose of creating a scam accusation. OP creating a new account is far less suspicious than five accounts that were created last year on the same month, same day, same hour, in a span of 12 minutes and almost implies the same thing on their post.

It's great that you did this, otherwise it would have been so hard to actually know what has the convo been about. But, this person just doesn't seem all that reliable based on all we can see here. How sure is the OP that it is someone actually affiliated with the FUN? I saw that he has apparently been banned from the tg group, but the thing is, there's at least 2 that I know of atm, and one of them is the scam one, which people in the other group frequently warn you about. Could this be what actually took place?
okay, this is getting suspicious now, are you and the following accounts listed below owned by the same person, perhaps owned by someone from xfun.bet? the accounts I listed that posted on this thread were all created at 5 PM on November 6 2022, also, all of the accounts were created in the span of 12 minutes. all of the accounts also suggest that the OP either encountered an impostor/scammer or the whole thing didn't happen at all.

Yes indeed.
I think everybody knows by now who created and posted these things with just 1 activity on the account.
Indeed it's very frustrating.

So what happend was, I won and I tried to swapp (trough their wallet) my xfun to fun. That's when my xfun was in their wallet and I did'nt receive anything back.
I could see that they where holding my money.. because they would EMPTY their swap wallet, so nobody could swap anything. Xfun can only be used on their platform and only be swapped trough their wallet. So I did use their wallet, because that's the only option. But the moment I swapped, I lost all my funds.

And also.. It is really the support of funtoken. Even the CTO.  (Andrew) who emailed me with [email protected].
The tg chat was the real one. They gave me some kind of a host.. named Shyla Khan (as you can see on the funtoken.io website)

She did send me a email yesterday if I could delete the post here.. and then I saw a bunch of spam/fake messages here. It's not another platform. Stop spamming nonsense here.

In other words, simplified, to answer and clear some confusion here, the fund were lost when you bridge the two tokens through FUN wallet, not the website?

I will share all evidence here on a very short notice. Because it's a lot.. I will need to find a way to share all the images/screenshots.  But I think we all can confirm that they are definitely hiding something, and refusing to pay...and even try to spam several messages as their token isn't a scam.

And for this, please do us a favor and upload them through talkimg, a image hosting made and dedicated for this forum?

I have added correct links to the images the OP posted. The chat can be seen inside the thread now without the need for visiting external links and they should provide clarity over what was being communicated via the chat.

It is important for them to have chatted with the OP in a timely manner even if they sent messages to update stating "we are still waiting for news and will update you as soon as we can". I think for the chat operators to go in to total silence-mode will be seen as unprofessional . If you read through, you will notice the OP was getting frustrated towards the end but when it comes to $25,000 that was bound to happen when he was not even being told something simple such as an estimated time.

I hope they manage to resolve this as soon as possible because it is not nice to be in limbo, not even knowing if will see any of that money.

I find it really hard to believe that they would leave anyone hanging like that tbh. I've been a FUN holder for a while now, and didn't experience anything bad on their part. True, the bear hurt everyone, them included, but I'd say they are way bigger then trying to steal 25k from someone. It may be a bogus platform or something like that.

I'm genuinely surprised to see FUN mentioned here in this regard. Only had good experiences on their platforms so far, and I have known about the project since like 2017. Are you sure it was them? Regardless, I was always under impression that XFUN was a non-custodial, decentralized wallet, which allows you to retain complete control over your funds. So, maybe it's some other platforms that posed as FUN instead?

The bridge and the casino have the same ownership. It is a very centralized ecosystem where a single party is the only viable way to enter and exit from XFUN because there isn’t enough liquidity on decentralized exchanges to trade for Matic or Wrapped ETH. There is also no third party bridges that support XFUN/FUN transfers.
When you talk about decentralized exchanges, you are talking about FUN tokens or XFUN ones? I wasn't aware XFUN was listed on some exchanges, could you give us their names please? It's interesting because if XFUN is listed somewhere and only undergoes a liquidity issue, it could be resolved if some holders bring liquidity to the pools, it could even be a profitable opportunity for them.

The case here is the later one, the "only" bridging issue. OP owned and wanted to swap XFUN for FUN, a transaction that claimed to be instant yet always experience some delay for him. This time, his transactions got delayed... for unforeseeable time. His XFUN swap initiation went through, as evidenced here amongst three others but he never get FUN credited to his wallet.
It's very confusing because he's mostly talking about xfun.bet but AFAIK there is no FUN/XFUN bridge there, the only bridge I know is available through the FUNtoken wallet. @Hired123 could you confirm you have used the bridge of the FUN wallet please? I don't know what you have done, but this bridge doesn't belong to xfun.bet, you could have encountered your problem by just converting your XFUN tokens without having played at xfun.bet. XFUNs are not only used by xfun.bet they are also used by other platforms, Dplay casino, xfun.arcade and xfun.casino at least.

I'm not sure about that because OP told several times he deposited and withdrew funds from Xfun.bet. So I guess he is actually a lay bettor using https://lay.xfun.bet where you need to create an account and to deposit funds in order to place lay bets. If I'm wrong OP should clarify his case because people use Xfun.bet precisely in order to avoid to make deposits and withdrawals at a custodial platform and only use their own wallet instead. So it would be surprising to see one user talking about them like a common sportsbook.
And if it's "only" a FUN/XFUNtokens bridge issue as you assume instead, he should explain what happened precisely : his funds are missing? Or he's just currently unable to use the bridge in order to convert his XFUN into FUN tokens?

If I am not mistaken, XFUN.BET is a decentralized peer-to-peer sportsbook. I believe it is non-custodial, when you place a bet your funds are locked in a smart contract rather than sent to a casino managed wallet. What might have happened with this user is that he tried to bridge his tokens from ETH to Polygon but there was a bug in a smart contract somewhere that has caused a delay or a transfer to an erroneous destination.

Their telegram staff often gives contradictory and wrongful information so I wouldn't expect them to actually solve his problem. I've had posts deleted whenever I correct them and was once temporarily kicked out when I linked to a BitcoinTalk thread.

FUNToken's CTO might have been genuine in wanting to resolve this problem but if it's taken this long already and the user is still without their tokens it raises concerns about their developers' competence.

I do hope you manage to get your funds back. I'm just not sure I understand completely, did you have the funds in your wallet, and they disappeared after you tried and swapped them for FUN? Also, as far as the guy who said they ran away with the funds goes, I'm not sure this happened buddy, why continue replying to messages for such a long time after the deed if this was the case? They'd just vanish never to be seen again. I'm eager to hear whether support is still working this case

It's frustrating that you are in this situation with your funds, as time goes by you are getting desperate and it is clear from your post. It's really disgusting when a casino treats their customers like this, they are more interested in the customer's funds than they are in serving their customers. Since your funds have gone into their pockets and their intention is to try not to return the funds to you using various excuses, you should take legal action against them. Because only legal action can help you punish this dishonest site and get your funds back.

TheQuin is in contact with wetsuit, but he has already said in the other thread that he won't be able to help in this case.

I had posted the link of this thread in FUNToken telegram chat, but it was automatically deleted by the bot (otherwise by a moderator). @OP, have you tried to contact other admins of FUNToken telegram group?

He can say whatever he want... but on freebitco.in, down below the homepage it says; funtoken, dplay and more. It is all the same owner, same employers. And then his excuse, that this is a bitcoin forum and I am talking about altcoins... Unbelievable.

I can understand. They even blocked me for no reason.. I wasn't even complaining in the group chat. The admins of the tg group are stupid. They tell me it could be a UI error. I don't know why they hired these kind of people. They blocked me also personally... Also.. 23k people are member but only 200 online? And only 10-15 speak? It's all fake followers.

As what's referenced by Mahdirakib, TheQuin had explained freebitco's --and his-- position on this case. He did not deny the shared ownership, but those sites are out of his jurisdiction and area, he can't address you for their behalf. I'll quote the answer to give more context,

There are other sites with shared ownership but I can't provide any support for them here because I don't work for them and also because this is a Bitcoin board and they are altcoin sites.

This must be a very frustrating situation for you, it's never nice to not have access to your funds, in any manner. I just find it really hard to believe that FUN would do something like this, considering the fact I'm an XFUN user too, for many years now, and have never had an issue like this one before. Are you sure you didn't talk to someone who actually wanted to scam you, I know there is another FUN chat on TG as well, which is a fake one
