The problem is,it doesn't matter for the account that's being tagged but shows how genuine you are.You leaving him fake negative trust without valid references portrays a lot about your forum account.People do judge your account that way.I'd honestly never trust someone who leaves false feedbacks.

Yes that is correct.You have to manually add members to your block list by doing ->
->Go to your profile
->On left hand side,Personal message options.
->Add member's name on the ignore list.

Only posts will be ignored in that case but not private messages, correct me if i am wrong but i ignored a lot people and still get pm's from them
