If you have paid in bitcoin then formal complaint will not help anyhow.

I've been scammed by Samdo re: some work for a website & signature campaign . Total loss ended up being a few hundred in BTC.

I made a mistake by even saying I'm giving him a 2nd chance ( if you read the thread thats what I said word for word ) as his trust was negative and he had some paid work before and everything was going good.
