Ok, here is the update on all this:
I'm going to go with a different campaign person to be announced shortly and working out the details with Samdo on how to do this all. Thanks for being patient as I'm new to sig. campaigns.
Also, thanks to everyone who volunteered to manage it. I'll also be doing a quick site re-design at the same time.

It looks like you lack the sense to sense corruption. They will say/do anything just to get the opportunity. They just use his negative rating to display themselves better and more suitable for the job while there is no connection at all.They troll in the thread, they discourage and then they PM you "I will manage, I am green"

I have no interest at all managing this campaign. One of the reasons for this is because I openly discouraged Samdo in this therad.
The word you're looking for is integrity.
Calling me corrupt is a joke, I got enough campaign offers as it is,I don't need to wangle my position like that.

Do you have any restriction on the minimum number of posts?
Having an escrow with such negative feedback is as good as not having an escrow at all.
I would suggest upping the rates a little bit to get more interest.

There it goes. they now have escrowed the funds, I think more and more users will join this time. its just what exactly is needed to make this campaign rolling.

I suggest you to go with Lutpin.He is nice camapign manager.Managing two campaigns already and is most of the time available in forum.
Luptpin is also another true.

The guy is building a business for a while now, and I doubt that he would dump all that work for a few pennies on a scam signature campaign. His
choice to choose a user with a negative trust as a manager will set him back with this, because the Escrow service is based on trust. It is unfortunate
that he chose to take this option and that his rates is average... I would have seriously considered it.

Probably, my mistake true. Just was the only designer at the moment with the bbcode and had been talking to him for a few months. Notaek has set up an escrow here that might be an option also:

You should raise your rates, currently your rates are way too low. I suggest that you raise full member to at least 0.0004 per post and 0.0006 for senior member. Then more people will join.

Even you and we believe on second chance, but for better service you need trusted & experienced campaign manager & escrow.
Also the rates pretty low compared to other campaign
