Any unconfirmed transactions will either eventually confirm or be rejected. When sending a transaction, including a fee of at least 0.0001 bitcoin will almost always assure that it gets confirmed faster. If it eventually is rejected, then the funds would remain at the bitcoin address they were sent from. The only thing you can do at this point is to wait and see if the transaction is accepted into a block. Blockchain.info has no control over this, and cannot expedite transactions. This is always dependent upon the bitcoin network itself.

Because payment is only on your deposit wallet, but not forwarded to the Hotwallet.

As long as nothing happens here, no one gets his deposit.

yeah thats a unconfirmed that is leaving my deposit account.
I've been with them for some time now, no hickup's hope this has to do with blockchain.info.

When look at the Hotwallet, you can see the last 10 hours no transaction was confirmed.
It is therefore unnecessary to write tickets. It is not the fault of Scrypt.cc.

So you have the BTC from the sales?
Most likely you logged into a phishing site or you have a keylogger on you computer. However for someone to sell your KHS they would need both your password and PIN. You were using a PIN, right?
EDIT: When did these sales occur? There haven't been any sales at 220 satoshi captured in June. sccstats.com
