My withdrawals are being turned into mhs again, good thing is that it bought lower than it was sold.
I guess I will just withdraw everyday then. In small amounts that is.

Looks like the site might be down....................You can run, soon or later you will have no where to hide.

These people need a lesson. Do not let them get away with it.

[wall of useless/phony/fake domain registration data here]

Do you really think any of that is actually real, or valid? Seriously? Roll Eyes

Anyone can find that here: http://whois.domaintools.com/scrypt.cc

oh come on Cheesy how could you break his bubble like that :< he was so proud, so happy and now his hacking skills are being laughed at... poor guy

Well, he can check here to see his address on the WHOIS lookup. It's quite a mining farm/setup!  Tongue

PSA: Scrypt.cc is guilty of Fraudulent Misrepresentation, a crime in every financial jurisdiction in the world. Anyone who has lost money buying or selling their fictitious 'KHS'/'MHS' token is legally entitled to recover their funds back in full.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/fraudulent_misrepresentation
Quote
Fraudulent Misreprentation
Under contract law, a plaintiff can recover against a defendant on the grounds of fraudulent misrepresentation if (1) a representation was made; (2) that was false; (3) that when made, the representation was known to be false or made recklessly without knowledge of its truth; (4) that it was made with the intention that the plaintiff rely on it; (5) that the plaintiff did rely on it; and (6) that the plaintiff suffered damages as a result.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.

Reading the last few pages makes you wonder if admin would still call those who've been calling scrypt.cc a ponzi for months and months FUDsters and if he is still moving hardware between data centers in less than 72 hours...uhm..

Scammtos is an honest scammer bro, where is the proof bro?  Roll Eyes

The IP is from the old server. the new server is behind cloudflares wall.
Getting the new real IP is somewhat tricky.

But there is one thing i can say relative sure:
Server is not in the USA.

And if you want to report to authorities, i recommend:

FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

Europol European Cybercrime Centre https://www.europol.europa.eu/ec3

and of course your local police.

But honestly I do not think that something will happen. 8 of 10 Scamer are never caught.

No, the server may not be in the USA. But if you read my post, you'll see that Scrypt.cc under U.S. State and Federal jurisdiction due to use of colocation.com in New York among other factors.

I will double check the IP address date.

The reason that 8 out of 10 scammers never get caught is two-fold:
1) The FBI, for example, want to see $1 million in scam loss before they undertake action. Believe me Scrypt.cc is way beyond that. Their Alexa ranking was 7000 in August, it is still 8000. We are talking millions here. This massive, massive fraud.

2) All that has to happen for Evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing. And 8 out of 19 times, good men do nothing.
