my antivirus and malawarebytes get crazy with anything bogus, and it says SDC is clean, i can give a security approval from my end.
He's done this in nearly every thread, for every coin that was about to rally. While some people are the "Harbingers of doom", I view him as the "oh shit, this thing is about to blow up" indicator.

Yeah, It doesn't work for some user, including me... but many have no issues at all, we don't know why exactly.
I'd suggest you to download the IOS wallet if you have other apple devices for now.

Download the wallet, send coins to it, wait 8 hours and you'll start staking. If you already have coins in your wallet, you just need to leave it open (and unlocked).
How much coins do i need? And how will I know when I earned from staking?
Any amount > 0. You'll see how much you earn when one of your coin inputs stakes a block - you'll see a small incoming transaction as if you mined it.
