It's not against any rules and I check my affiliate account daily and I will send all my referrals 1 chip each time they hit 100 Krill.

Affiliates are prohibited from providing any form of rakeback to players. This includes the affiliate themselves (eg. an affiliate cannot have a second account under his own affiliate account in order to pay himself rakeback).
