I understand things happen but btc is rising I want to either sell or try and double up. Im sure your doing you best and im a dedicated seal but wanted to see time frame if possible.

Have had multiple issues past week lost almost 50 chips to system issues. Sent supporting doc to admin to be told play at my own risk now I transfer btc to seals and site crashes. Is this going to effect my deposit and if so is it also deposit at your own risk?
Refunds are made when the site goes down. Individual problems are decided case by case.
There will be a delay with deposits, but they will all be fine.
