the new saturday night tourny is such a good value i worry it won't last long. .1 btc to enter into a 5.0 btc prize pool is crazy. i hope it gets lots of ppl and we all win.

You're not going to get anywhere just ranting like that.
How about you tell us how much you think you are owed, and provide any supporting evidence you have.
Currently it sounds as if the amount you are claiming is mathematically impossible given how the rakeback system works, but it's hard to know for sure because very little content comes through from your messages other than "I'm angry" over and over.
So how about you try calming down and actually stating your case?

Im trying to be fair here and see both sides (Im a ~4 month old seals user and a big fan) but it is hard with one side screaming and the other side handling it 'like a Sir'.
State your case clearly and calmly and people will listen and may even be able to clear up this issue if you are willing to listen
I say this like its easy to do, its not and I have made ass of myself many a time when calmer heads would have prevailed.

it is impossible to earn the amount of rakeback you are demanding in the amount of hands it takes to earn 7000 krill. If you only played 4 handed hands at the highest stakes (which is nothing like your actual play) the most rake you could pay is 700 * 25 = 17500.
If he pays 25 rake per hand, doesn't he get root(25)=5 krill per hand, and so he plays 7000/5 = 1400 hands to earn 7k krill, pays 1400*25 = 35000 in rake, and gets 2% of that = 700 chips in rakeback?

No, you get the square root of the rake taken as krill. But when you get whatever percent of your rake back it is of your share, not the total.
As I read the site it isn't wrong, but it could more clearly state 'total rake for that hand'.

this is the first time i've ever heard of someone not getting paid on there. it rlly sounds more like to me someone lost a bunch of satoshis playin poker and was hopin the rakeback would save him then when the rakeback wasn't all that much (rakeback never is) he got all butthurt.

You've played far less than you think since getting 10000 krill. Besides that, it is impossible to earn the amount of rakeback you are demanding in the amount of hands it takes to earn 7000 krill. If you only played 4 handed hands at the highest stakes (which is nothing like your actual play) the most rake you could pay is 700 * 25 = 17500. Two percent of that is 350. Your amount is much lower because you played in games that get you krill faster per rake paid and because some of that krill came without actually playing from the bonus that was paid in June.
Many many times I have given chips for free to new players, players returning after a break (including you), and players who are confused or inconvenienced because of something on the site. That's all at my discretion and I'm giving you nothing extra now or ever again.
