How this became problem when max number of posts per week is 35?
Some campaigns have few times more posts per day..

Sure, you can keep the local boards, if you get someone who is abled to read there and check the posts, but ya know, that would cost secondstrades.

if you are not spammer, to make 35 constructive post in week isnot easy, so you dont need any alt account. so if OP (with or without our help) will kick spammers from campaign, alt accounts will be kicked also automatically
