Do not trust anyone even yourself
i choose love in my own opinion to be happy is to see the world where there are greater and bigger problems. Then, your problems will appear smaller. The moment your problems appear smaller, you will get the energy and confidence to deal with it or solve it. In simple words, serve those who are in greater need.
Based on financial maybe money, but all of human being need Love, both is the main thing of happiness
The secret behind happiness is to fullfill your dreams to be more succesfull in life. Always enjoy life and be thankful that your still alive. So happy to make fun with your love ones and friends. Make youself be more active in such activities that you really wanted to do. Lastly dont skip to pray to God just always say that your thankful that youre still here on earth working for your purpose in life.
The secret of happiness are love your neighbors as yourself, free yourself from trouble like riot or robbery, stop gossips, get a job doing for income, get married when due and do not cheat on your spouse, listing to you family and contribute to their needs, stay healthy, worship almighty God and pray always.

Other things can be responsible for my happiness. But if I'm to chose between love and money, I would chose money because money can command love.

Being contented on what you have (Love or Money) is the key of happiness. If you Love someone be contented. Even though you got a lot of fights you will end up with each other.
