Hopefully the release of this product will increase the price of BTC a bit...

Surely it will over time, as the price of BTC is only a representation of how much the public trusts said "commodity".

We have a strong track record regarding privacy policy and it will stay that way.

How do you guys have a "strong track record" if you haven't even created the site yet?  What record are you referring too?  I understand trying to sell us on key points that the website would do, but don't say you already are known for doing something you haven't even done yet.

I also run a large website security community website ranked 400k on Alexa which has completely user privacy.

There has never been any data leaks on any of my services.

I run a large VPN company that specializes in user privacy...

I also run a DDoS protection company which has stood by our clients every time, never releasing any client or website data.

Let me make a few points clear, as you guys bring up some great questions.

1) This service will not be sold off, we will be collecting very small transactions fees simply to ensure the continuation and growth of this service. This service is being created definitely not to make a "quick buck". We are spending countless man hours of time and research for an extremely small return.

2) This service is intended to bring structure, security, and safety to the Bitcoin community in a legal manner, in a sense to further legitimatize it. A service like this was a long time coming, and we have the best skills and mindset to bring it there.

3) We have a very strict privacy policy and will not release transaction data to 3rd parties at any time for any reason.

We have a strong track record regarding privacy policy and it will stay that way.

Also, there will no requirement for linking your account on our website to any form of personal information. You will be able to if you like, but again it will never be required.

Grin how will all of this work,, without any 3rd parties knocking on your servers doors giving them access to EVERYthing, or lets say maybe a few transactions later you just sell the wholething to the highest bidder

seems interesting, i've heard that one before back when Ross was doing his own thing "he had vision" but got "blinded or something else got him to where he is today", i guess he wanted to do something good but it all went south if you know what i mean, my questions to you nick """are you a page cover to the BLAH BLAH ....etc""", the only way you and your team or is it an org or something am to lazy to do some research, how will all of this be accomplished without any "man in the middle encryption" bad expression but you all get the idea, and how is the BTC community going to trust that ? how will the BTC community know that all is secure Huh

This market will feature advanced automated systems which ensure automatic escrow through mathematics.
How does it works? This is really interesting, I've never hear about this kind of thing before.

Interesting, what the security features you have? for against the "hack attack".

What the means about "ensure automatic escrow through mathematics." use an escrow based on math Huh

And this market is only for trade bitcoin only, or related stuff which use bitcoin as payment?

It is for trading anything, using bitcoin.

This is not a currency exchange website, although you can exchange currency on it if you like.

Although all transactions through the website will be in BTC only.

For example if I sell microwaveable cups.

I can list microwaveable cups on this website and then people can purchase them with Bitcoins safely as there is a transaction guarantee.

It will be impossible to operate a scam within this system we are developing.

I just don't seem to understand though, are you going to somehow implement a way to make some kind of way for bitcoins to operate like Paypal, so that if the seller doesn't send you the goods, then you get your bitcoins back or something of the sort?  I just don't see how any of this can be possible, since there would be so many factors involved.

Yes if the seller goods are not delivered you receive all your BTC back. Although it will be very different than PayPal

This is a complex system, but are going to make it work. And work well.

Escrow through math? Is that even possible without a reasonable human arbitrator when negotiations get bad?

By private I mean non public item listings.

and yes this is not like the silk road this is for legitimate transactions.

so this a secrecy  Undecided

What?

It will be like eBay for bitcoins, but with transaction guarantee due to the advanced systems my team is currently developing.

Although there will be the ability to use the website for one off transactions that you don't want to publicly list on the website such as to facilitate a safe 1 item transaction with someone you can't trust (which is every single person on the internet).
