Since you are system admin you can try to get the project or tech support work for ICOs buddy. Go to service announcement section and find the owner or manager of the project and send a pm to him/her. Hope you may get the project if they see your linked-in profile.
Moreover I suggest you to create a designed thread in the services which includes all your skills and experience you have. It will takes you on some projects.

Then I suggest you try your luck on the altcoin bounty section. Nevertheless, from every now and then people look for front and back end developers here, so stay sharp

Lessons learned:
Don't make competitions where winners are choosen from most retweet, likes or views. People just buy +1000 retweets for a few $ to win.
Scammers have no minimum. A few $ and they are happy. They could earn 100x with real work. But people have different goals in life
