-5% Gross / -3% net 150,000 BTC , F2F or Lawyer Escrow - Hong Kong
-6% Gross / -4% net, 200,000 BTC Small Trial Tranches with Lawyer in Spain

This being the case, the Seller is in agreement to transfer the Bitcoin (BTC) as directed by the Buyer.
1. Buyer send small of Bitcoin (for about $100) to confirm he has the account with a BTC provider,
this also acts as due diligence process that the Buyer is the actual owner of such an account with a Bitcoin Provider.
2. Buyer and Seller agree to a provisional price for the transaction but the actual price shall be the price that was quoted as the closing price: CME Group (BRR) Closing Rate Less the agreed % (which includes the brokerage) on the day of exchange.
3. The Buyer transfers the required funds using the provisional price agreed to the escrow agent.
4. The CMEGroup (BRR) price will be confirmed at 4 pm London (UK) time and the using such price,
less the agreed % (which includes the brokerage) the exact USD amount shall be determined and same the time the exact number of BTC to transfer.
5. With the correct USD amount with the escrow agent then the Seller will transfer the exact amount of BTC Bitcoin to the Buyer account.
6. Buyer shall confirm receipt of the BTC to the escrow agent.
7. The escrow agent shall transfer the exact amount in USD to the Seller nominated bank account immediately by MT 103.
8. The Seller shall then instruct the escrow agent to release the USD to the brokers immediately to their nominated accounts of each broker,
that has registered interest in this deal with the Seller by MT103 immediately.
Discount: -3% (but can change due to market conditions).
The actual price shall be the price that was quoted as the closing price:

Commission:
Seller pays 1% to all intermediaries involved: - 0.50% goes to Buyer's side and 0.50% goes to Seller's side intermediaries.

The Seller uses the services of an Escrow agent in the USA -
independent and neutral party.
Escrow Accounts are in these banks:
- Wells Fargo
- Bank of America
- JPMorgan Chase
He will soon have access to a UK escrow agent as well who is FCA regulated (currently going through DD Process with them).
If your Buyer accepts procedure above - then we need to connect him and Seller in Skype Conference Call.
1st step:
- The Buyer should fully accept price and Escrow procedure.
2nd step:
- Conference Call on Skype between the Seller and the Buyer. Or phone Call.
3rd step:
- If the Buyer understands clear all terms & conditions and agrees with them - then the Seller will send to the Buyer and all intermediaries full pack of KYC, CIS etc documents.
When your Buyer will fill these documents - he will confirm that he is real and money is clean.
Then there will be
- Main Contract
- Tri-party Agreement between Seller, Buyer and Escrow Agent.
