Now the bounty of the company is just a hobby, it is far from a side job and moreover not based work (not counting managers and scammers). I participated in many projects, both bounty hunter and investor, but often I suffered losses. Whether to sell a token from a bounty of companies is, yes, to consolidate at least some profit.
You cannot really sell bounty tokens at a loss since those are basically free. Selling those at current very low prices, even below the ICO prices is not a good idea so better to hold on and wait for the next bull run.

It is depends on the project if I see that the development of the project is good I well not sell it I hold it until it will reach to it's ICO price,but if the Bounty tokens has no good development I will sell it directly and buy another potential Altcoins that can give me good profit.

I can sell it whenever as I want because tokens from bounty are free, so if we sell it I believe if we aren't in loss.
But this is not forever I keep on selling my tokens from bounties, I definitely holding tokens from some best projects.

I think that everything is about the quality and the development of the project. If you decide that the project is a good one, then you can hold and wait till the project hit new and big exchanges.

You should not hold every token you earn. Simply, do your own research. In the bear market, you have the opportunity to buy high potential coins for cheap prices, so you can sell your bounty tokens to buy them. Holding the 6 months could go the other direction as well. So it is a little bit risky to trade so suddenly.
