You've definitely put in some work over the years. It's a project with lots to go with it, so someone might be willing to take it on. Someone earlier mentioned Flippa and I would agree this is probably your best bet. Everyone on there is looking for new websites/projects to take on, it's the main purpose of the site. Try there and you'll probably have better luck.
