You have to sell everything when you are for sure that you can make a lot of profit with it and that is nice if that would be possible for you but it can also takes a long time.
Another important thing is that you need the patience to wait for that high value and make dont mistakes with it.

I keep hearing people say this or that year will be the year of Bitcoin. So far nothing really special has happened. For me personally each year is the year of Bitcoin as the adoption is increasing. I will not sell a single Satoshi untill we reach $700 at some point. If it takes 1 year then it takes 1 year. If it takes 2 years then it takes 2 years. I have enough patience.
that patience will someday reward you with a nice $$, i know some people that are waiting for bitcoin to hit 1000$ before selling, as for me i sell bitcoin when i have enough profit, and will buy again to hold until it profit again, my bitcoin cycle

Its good to hear that you have that level of patience to hold it for many years, I simply don't have that high patience and I keep on selling on regular basis.

Sell everything? I won't sell anything at this stage as I am pretty sure that halving will show me some best price and that would be the best time to sell my coins.
Selling everything is not smart at all these days because of the fact that the bitcoin has a very good future a head these days.
