Buy or Sell is not good question because a trader must do trade continues ...... Buying and holding for long term is not a good idea ....
There are a ton of short term speculators here. Some people are here for the long term so if you truly believe bitcoin will be adopted then any buy of bitcoin is a good buy.

Only cause I cant read the future nor anyone can.. and if it does recover it has to have a valid reason. I dont try to buy bitcoin anymore these days cause the price is just too shaky and too speculative.
in times like this it is good to close the price page (wherever you use for checking price) and relax a bit, unless you are one of the day-traders. seeing the ups and downs will only wreck your nerves.
At the moment, the best thing to do is buy bitcoin at this current price, HODL, and then sell again when the price goes up. Bitcoin is here to stay and the price will only become more valuable over time.

Im in the longer term, but I do consider to sell if the xt news do really hit with some people.
And I get for non-regular users of bitcoin who arent up to speed will effect to be a horrible experience unless its explained very simple that they need another wallet.

Sell smaller amounts at a time, its what I would do for now.
Like when I say small, I mean sell .1 btc per every 3 days or week based on the drops of more then $30 increments.
Then buy back if its even cheap after the xt hype.

i am very glad i bought a few coins at $203. i'm not quite sure yet that the price will rise more than now $222 but it's a great buy.
Buy like there's no tomorrow. Bitcoin's 180-190-200 dollar supports worked great again. We are still 220$.
SELL or BUY ?
Buying would be the best thing to do right now, maybe sell and buy again at lower price. I don't think that this down trend will last any long. The price should recover in the upcoming months and then you can sell and make some profits.
Just don't buy. Hang on to your cash money. The world is coming apart at the seams right now. Cash is and always will be king. Especially in crisis.

or sell at the price of $500 in 4 months later 
I will buy some Bitcoins and will see the waves coming and going.
After this dump, many people will loose money and also some will gain money.
But I have filled my pockets upto a limit that I can afford and still if Bitcoin prices will go further down then I will have no regrets.

My advice is don't take anyone's advice.
Also don't trust anyone who is predicting prices from graphs amd telling you they know where it's going. I've read all the posts of graph data predictions and they are all wrong.
I am pro Bitcoin and buying more but you need to make your own mind up!

I heard that if amazon will accept bitcoin the value of a bitcoin will rise very high, is that true or some bullshit that is made up?

Neither sell neither buy just hold your coins and let people accept bitcoins at a large scale and plus i dont think the price has any effect with common people buying and selling i mean that is common..

nobody is going to give you an honest answer on this, because it is not clear. if you believe bitcoin will grow after the debate is solved and will go to high prices (next year for example) then this is the best level to buy and no matter what happens next day or week
It is clear right, buy low and sell when it is 300+, than repeat, buy it low and sell it high! It is very hard to predict bitcoin(actually u need some luck for it to predict 
)
