Saying the truth it's not a bad time to sell a small part of bitcoins now as the price is just perfect comparing with the price last year or last 2 years.
Those who have invested or earned through this period then it is a good time to sell them otherwise holding for a longer time is not a bad idea too.
Personally I have decided to wait and hold for a longer time as bitcoin has taken much attention in public and I hope the price can be much higher than now.

Selling is not a right decision to make at a moment as price is moving up now and we can expect the same in coming days too so it would be good if we can hold them for next few months and sell when price goes higher so its better not to sell and wait for few more time.
you're right, maybe it would be a very bad practice to sell at this time, because bitcoin prices still continue to rise. but, if you're so desperate for money, I think it would not hurt to sell bitcoin for now, because it can be said that today, the price of bitcoin have reached prices so high from the previous year.

If there is no approval, the price might drop. But it will rise in the long term.
Even if ETF doesn't gets approval there will be no massive decline in the price of bitcoins and even if it falls it won't go below $1000 so its an individual's call whether to sell at a moment or hold till the next week and if approval is done then price can go much higher and that would be good time to sell bitcoins.

I am always contented for what is price now because my first encounter the value was around $200 on april 2016 so I am really grateful that I am still part of bitcoin community and will be part in the long run. I always sell my coin monthly because I needed I don't need to wait but I am happy seeing the price really high.
If you need money then you can sell your coins and there is nothing wrong it but I would like to suggest you that try to save even a small amount of bitcoin on monthly basis and try to manage your expenses from the rest as even small amount saved will be more valuable in future as we may see some unexpected price of bitcoins in coming years.

Honestly, although I do not have a big amount of bitcoin but I'm saving it because I believe it will grow in a short period of time.

All can happen, we are not talking about one but three companies wanting to take Bitcoin to next level. ETF ( decision around 11th of March ) , SolidX (desicion around 17th of march ) and Barry Silbert Investment trust has applied as well .
So iam Sure SEC is going to look into this with new eyes and one if not all can be approved, sure maybe not this year but in very near future. So if you do not need money then sit on your bitcoins at least for 6month to a year.
Better to sell before they announce the etf and especially if the announcement is negative because I want to buy your bitcoins cheaply. 
Just sell in near of 11 march. I guess the bitcoin price will reach the top and i hope 11 march the bad news will be coming and i can buy back the cheap bitcoin. in my opinion it will become the big candle after 11 march. red or green there is no definite answer about that. the price of bitcoin is currently experiencing an increase. Well that is a right thing to do and it will also depend on what price you have bought your bitcoins in the past and if you have bought them at $500 or around it then this would be the best time to sell your coins to make good profits and you can buy them again when price goes down in coming months but if you are looking to make higher profits then better choice would be to hold them for next couple of months.
We don't know what future will show us it can go in any direction either it can go higher or lower but I believe in simple logic that if current price is giving me profits then I will surely sell some of them to grab some good profits as price may fall in future and at that time I will engage myself in buying more and more coins at cheaper price which can again give me profits in future when price will exceed my buying price.
I would say sell it. The Downside is that Quantum Computing will be rising in commercial usage, which means the BTC protocol will need to be strengthened. I've heard recent blockchain conference in Sydney, Australia and at a technical briefing, it was postulated that there was a 1 in 14 chance bitcoin would be hacked with Quantum Computing.

Now that sounds like a big number – and it is – there are more private key combinations than there are grains of sand on the planet.
Currently it would take around 0.65 billion, billion years to hack. With quantum computing this will dramatically change.
In the absence of a hack - I think we will see somewhere between $12,500 - $15,000 per bitcoin.
With a hack of the protocol - it will fall close to zero - until a massive patch is put in place, and gradually rise from a zero base.

Price increase is happening continuously. So selling bitcoin now is a good decision to make a good profit. Holding for a long will surely benefit the users.
