FYI:
Don't even pretend bitcoin price is stable until it is down to $2K.

Lol first off if exchanges go out of business you will lose access to your funds....welp I kind of stopped reading right there, if you keep all of your crypto on exchanges then yes just sell now and take the fiat, you dont get the point of crypto.  I dont understand WHY do people keep doing this?  Have you not learned by now, wow.
They don't know how bitcoin it works and what is high volatile that can be made us a quick profit. Don't get stress in always updating the crypto market price. Instead, grab this opportunity to buy bitcoin while it is cheap. Selling bitcoin while at the dump situation is a panic seller that usually those throwing money and can't even wait when it will raise up again. Remember that those who had patiently wait will receive a good reward and only strong hands will survive in this scenario.

Look at the markets, it is a literal Red Sea of Destruction

If you are still in a profit, take some or all of it off the table while you still can.
You may never get another chance.
Once the price gets too low many exchange will go out of business and you'll lose access to your coins.

If you will need that money in 10 years, then get out as much as possible even at a loss.

No crypto is worth buying at the moment,

Good Luck.

I will not sell at the current price. The cryptocurrency market is still young and struggling, but I believe it will grow in the future.
Please be patient

Ultimately it's clear that the bottom will be sub-$1,000. I might buy a whole bitcoin again at that point as a novelty I guess.

Proudhon is back and predicting sub-$1,000. Is this a signal that we're at the bottom? Cheesy

I guess that if Bitcoin would be around ATH, OP would tell to buy. Late advises are like pissing against the wind.

Yup, the time to sell was above $10K. Shaking my head at people who are waiting until now to sell. I guess someone's gotta sell the bottom!

Hey OP, most of your post has actually been a panic post and it does not make sense, is this the first time we are seeing bitcoin and all altcoins dip? When bitcoin crashed from $20k in 2017 to almost $3000, did it send exchanges parking? That was even when new exchanges were introduced to the market and we can see how big they have grown in size and in volume till date, so why didn’t this factor you said will make cryptocurrency disappear do same then?

I will like you to just realize that one man’s food is another man’s poison, this currency price could serve as panic for some people, while this same rice will serve as an entry point for some other people. This red zone of bitcoin and altcoins are just temporarily and the market will still bounce back in the nearest future.

I don't believe in your advice buddy because no good trader will this kind of advice of yours. We all know that there is no stability in the crypto currency market and not only in crypto currency market that such instability of price happen.
As for me, I see this period as a buying period and not selling period as you recommend, let alone for me to  sell at lost as a result of panic that the down trend may continue till price reach $2k as you speculated above.

These threads are my reason to start buying....  Cool

Yep, usually a sign we're near the bottom.

Please continue selling. As I tend to buy back near a bottom, my bids are lower than the current price, and waiting to be filled. Thank you, suckers! Grin

Got a target, Tzupy? I'm not usually one to catch knives but I think the $7K-$7,300 area will be worth it if we get there. That would mean a stop run below the June support at $7,500 and hitting the 0.618 fib of the whole 2019 uptrend.

Dont store BTC on an exchange, the main point to BTC is it is decentralized away from risks of this sort.   Its devalued when placed on a website like that, which might be necessary for trading but long term its not the best use of independent security or currency such as Bitcoin.
Same as a bank you are lending capital to that company and receiving nothing or little in return but accepting the liability of that company going bankrupt or corrupt in some way.   Theres no special insight on this thread, general advice true often is to buy when others blindly sell and the reason being the price is inaccurate at such times.

I guess that if Bitcoin would be around ATH, OP would tell to buy. Late advises are like pissing against the wind. And the 2k prices "prediction" is in the range of usual trolling.
So what's the usefulness of this thread? What if you are wrong OP?

We should not pay too much attention to OP, he just closes one thread and starts this one with the same intention, to make more panic. He sold (allegedly) all his coins back in 2017, now he is wasting his time to save others from the downfall that Bitcoin will bring them. Fortunately for some of us who invest in Bitcoin under $2000 there is no danger, this will be bottom by this expert.

I think it's everyone's right to think what they want, but to predict the complete collapse of something based on nothing is utter nonsense. I know people like OP, he will always say the same things, but in times when is happening the opposite of his claims, we won't see him in the forum.

I am also sure that many people have not sold their bitcoin since the high price increase in June-July this year, and I don't think that they will sell at the current price. halving is in sight, who have a weak mentality will sell their current bitcoin. very loss when you wait for a high price, and you never take it. but when prices are low, you sell it out of panic. chill your head,  we ever to see the rise in the price of bitcoin that ever happened when halving on 2017.

I chose to wait, and I think that this is a good moment for investors to increase the number of their assets. I might not sell the bitcoin that I have before the price of bitcoin reaches above $ 15,000.

Selling is not bad if you follow the swings in the market, but it's only to accumulate more bitcoin not to cash out completely.
If you have the nerves and the time to follow the market you need only to trade once twice a month and you can make quite a lot.

So bitcoin is dying... again?

Haha I didn't sell when it was at 20 000$, then I didn't sell when it went to 3 000$ ( i never thought that I could buy again that cheep btw), later went almost to 14 000$, I still manage to HODL. Now it's at 8 000$, what makes you think I'll sell at 8k? Nothing...

The halving is just around the corner, stop speeding FUD, if you want to sell, it's your choice, sell but don't mess with the other people, everyone should be intelligent enough to make their own decisions.
You made one, than thank you for the cheap bitcoins  Smiley

Just imagine the scene when bitcoin goes sub -$1,000, are you sure you gonna buy just 1 BTC alone?

Full BTC is one of average Joe's goal, but I think if the right price is presented, more people are going to purchase even casual investors.

As for the OP's battle cry, Lol, at least we have a new kwukduck in the making here Grin

I will prepare myself to buy bitcoin at that price if what the OP says is right Grin

But it's hard to see bitcoin price will go down into that price as if bitcoin price down in that price, how about the miner? They will lose big money because they invest their money in the hardware and I don't think that they will only watch the price is down. They will try to hold the price not to go down too deep. It is interesting to see the battle at the market, and I wonder how long this will end so bitcoin price can start to rise again.
I don't understand how do you want miners to hold the price?  Huh Last time when the price crashed from 20 000 to $3500 what did they do to hold the price?
In fact they helped the price to go down by shorting BTC : they borrowed bitcoins and sold them before mining other ones...

i dont think that majority are in profit . thats why i dont believe that they can take out what they have put in  .

there is still another chance for recovery  . dump does not mean that exchanges will shutting down and you will loose your coins  ,  thats verry unprofesional if they will do it  .

exchanges are aware that cryptos can go down or up before they start thier journey or business  .

they wont shut down without giving a warning , you can still withdrew your coins before that happens  .
