Best way or alternative for you is to find a centralized exchange and get registered then sell your crypto on the platform.

This is very expensive selling private key , well am not interested because it risky, how will you expect some to buy private key created by you, even if it been sold the creater can also have the private key which he can use to access and collected back is wallet anytime it pleases. Does the OP know the concept of a private key in crypto? It's useless if someone knows about our wallet's private key. Existing funds will be drained by someone who knows our private key. And you sell it, I think it's a bad idea to buy the private key from you.
I believe nobody will buy the private key from you, what if after paying for the private key and the assets In the wallet address and you end up sending the coin to another wallet address, since you have the private key you can easily transfer the funds at any time, so if anybody is buying the the wallet private key from you, just know that your funds are not safe because the original owner of the wallet can do anything he likes with the wallet at any moment even after selling it for you because he already has the private key, so please we have to be very careful so that we won't fall for this kind if trick.

I think no one willing to buy your private key altough there`s no garuntee that you wont`t sent your assets after deposits. You can get investors by sharing your ICO rewards. It`s better to deal this kind of stuff in offline no one here will be willing to buy this in online.
What only got me thinking is why would tezos and cosmos do an ICO this year because I think these two projects are not new anymore. What if these were the fake projects because we have lots of them right now that their names are identical to the original/reputed projects.

Maybe because there are potential aidrops coming from those wallets he held and he want to use that as a bait so that he can possibly get the balances of his possible buyers if they filled some of it. But I don't think that there are crazy people will buy used private key since we know how risky it is and chances for getting benefits is low or maybe we can say impossible.

You just sell those tokens if there's any on that wallet. You don't have to sell the private key if you need money, just sell the tokens so that you won't have any risk and the buyer will never take risk as well.
It is attractive if it really came from the ICO since there will be more tokens and that could be a bunch of profit. But why sell it if you need money when you can do it on your own?

If at all there is any benefit. What is the point of selling off the private key if you can also benefit the private key and the adddress/
Since mentioned something about ICO, maybe OP participated in the ICOs (invested some money) and the buyer can get rewards for ICO contribution.OP can still access the wallet right after selling the private keys but if they are not the scammer, they should let the buyer transfer the funds first into another wallet. That should do the job but there will be no mention about that hence not a guaranteed one.

This means that:
1. He/she can easily sell the same PK to as many buyers as they come.
2. He/she can still withdraw from there (actually the quickest script will withdraw if there will ever be anything to be withdrawn).
All in all, any buyer will just make a donation to OP and will most probably receive an useless string and some lies/dreams.

No one will buy it since there's no assurance for buyer side that you will not compromise them once they use the wallet you sold to them and also I don't think there's anyone will get an interest to look for private key which participate on what you mention anyways. Maybe you should use that if you think its valuable since you canno get a sales for selling risky things here.

There is no guarantee that you have not written a script ton 24/7 server that will automatically send money when it is deposited to any blockchain address associated with that private key.Most of those who sell the private key are for the purpose of obtaining free coins if any hardfork occurs, but hard forks rarely happen now, most of the currencies were produced for centralized chains and low-cost tokens.
You won't find anyone buying such a private key.
It's too risky, the private key should be strictly confidential and cannot be shown to others. If you involve escrow, they can't verify with certainty who swept the wallet.
The better method: you have to fill the balance as sending fees from your pocket and then send it to the buyer's address and you can charge it to the prospective buyer later.
