It can take 24 hr before it's added to your balance, so when pending has gone you can withdraw.
They do this to verify that your tweet stays up, if you delete it they will refund your customer instead.

Just a suggestion to add:
I hope you guys can let users choose how much to withdraw from the balance instead of all available balance at once. I liked to withdraw just a part of my balance but this is no option.

Yes all good, the bug was corrected. I've deposited and withdrawn multiple times and used the service successfully.
Looking for more bigger accounts to tweet on for a good price.
