At first I just thought he wasn’t familiar with the escrow process, so I explained all of it to him and why it benefits both parties. But he definitely knows now and since it seems he still won’t go through escrow on the forum, I’m saying that its very likely a scam.

Now granted, I did receive a picture that had a time stamp with my email on there so I know he is in possession of what’s in the picture... it’s just probably a copied paper or at best the original front cover that is framed without the rest of the paper.

And yes, PROBABLY FAKE. you wanted to sell to me and were ready but changed your mind (no reply) when i said Escrow and verification.

A couple of things to warn people since I have already been in contact with Seenu:

1) I have gone through and told him that I would need to go through an escrow if I were to buy the paper, only to be "reassured" that it was legit. I told him that I needed to see the rest of the paper (i.e. front, back, etc.) or some sort of way to be able to see that there is a high probability of it being real; or letting the escrow help verify it and that would be the only way he would get payment, only to get this response:

So don't expect to get very straight forward answers. I've told him that we can go through with the purchase and that I would contact MJ for escrow only to have no response.

3) I'm pretty sure this is a scam since I've told them there has to be a process of verification, yet he wanted my "swift" replies... mind you he never told me about this "certificate", he just told me a buddy of his gave it to him back in 2011. I would have assumed he would've mentioned that to me in the past emails....
