Successfully bought a VCC from this guy by using Bitcoin.
After the payment I got the card details right after the payment got 1 confirmation from the network.
The card, which was a MC, successfully verified my Paypal account almost instantly.
After I entered the card details on Paypal, I went to the login panel he gave me and managed to get my 4 digit code required for the verification.
Really trustworthy, will definitely use him again if I ever need more.

You could withdraw from paypal but the money would not be loaded on the card. It would go for checking account that originated the vcc.
You can't withdraw money on this VCC.
This is used only for the verification of your Paypal account.

You give also a full name, address to put on PP ? What if they proofs (address and identity) ?
The cards are spanish. You can use in every country except US and UK.
You can use any name and address you want.
If they ask for proof of identity you have to show the name and address that you registered (wink photoshop wink)
