For me it’s not advisable to sell your house for investment. The concept of investment is to use your extra money you have to work for you by accumulating a huge amount of return on investment in just short period of time.
Agreed, it's not that good to sell house expecting good profit in the future. The uncertainty makes it a more risky thing to be done. But, the same is experimented by an user who has sold all his belongings and now residing in a camp expecting good outcome after years. I believe now itself he might have got good profit.

Well i know that there are lot of crazy people out there who sold everything they had just to make an investment in btc as they had complete faith on btc market and they even turned out to be a multi millionaire as they invested everything in the btc market .Making a complete investment on btc or what ever it may be is a high risk factor. The fact is that only the risk takers succeed in their life.I won't try such things like selling fortune and making an investment out of it.Actually i don't have to sell everything to make investment on btc.

I thing you will don't know the bitcoin process. First you learn the bitcoin process. Then you will invest. You will get the more profit from bitcoin. So you  want invest the bitcoin. Just you will save it then will invest the bitcoin. It will give you more opportunity for future growth.
So you will improve your knowledge from bitcoin. If you need to invest you will check the bitcoin process. you need bitcoin prices information check the market place and bitcoin wallet. you will get some information.

If you are living with a lot of properties or money maybe it is easy to sell one house property in exchange of bitcoin investment. Because if you have a lot of money and they you have a lot of experience how to handle well and how to use in good those money you can also manage well investing on bitcoins. So you will gain more profit and later the house you sell you can take it back or buy another two or three properties in the end because of the profit in the investment but in order to do that like i said you must have a lot of knowledge about of what are you doing to do right thing on investment.

I think that's not a good option to sell the house for the sake of bitcoin investment; a house is a basic need for a human being, so first to be secure in that. Then for the bitcoin investment, invest part of the earned money, not an entire money or to sell the house is not at all a good idea.

Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.

Lololol. As crazy as it sounds, i think it is a pretty fun idea. Would really be a great thing to do to spice up a boring same old everyday life. The thrill would be an amazing feeling.
I wish i were that bravely stupid to be able to try this, sadly i ain't. But, if i were, i would still be back at my senses if i had other mouths to feed than myself. Any amount of profit isn't worth risking your loved one's lives. Lol.

I think it's too risky, because after all do not use the sole asset to invest. Better to use money or assets that are really special for investment. Because no one knows the price of bitcoin will rise or fall, all just analysis and also speculation.

What will happen if the price of Bitcoin will go down? LOL. Don't make Bitcoin as a gamble of your daily life.
I also have the same question, what if the bitcoin price goes down ? You will not only be for 2 months on the streets, but it may take longer or forever. Indeed we know that bitcoin prices continue to goes up, but it's too risky to sell house for investment in bitcoin because bitcoin prices is unstable. I certainly will not try your technique, I better start a small capital investment that is set aside from my salary every month. It's safer and I don't have to live on the street  Tongue Tongue

sell house for investment is too risky, many ways to earn bitcoin, you should try another way to get profit from bitcoin.. bircoin is unpredictable and the price is fluctuation, nobody know what will happen in the future, eventhough bitcoin continue to increase, you have to be carefull..

I find this idea ridiculous! I would never trade my house or sell it so that I can get more money to convert to bitcoins.  I know some of you would refute the fact that you will earn that back (twice, perhaps) in a couple of years or if tides are favorable, in a year but hey, I would bot risk such comfort that having my own house brings.  A house is a symbol of security and comfort  for some people and so I think it's not a great idea to trade in somethingn that you already have for something that offers no guarantee yet.  I believe in the potential of bitcoins but again, I would just invest enough or the right amount of money that I can afford and risk.

Well, I won't buy a new house if I am willing to trade in a wild market like BTC/cryptocurrencies but since I live with my family, their comfort is my priority and hence I won't even sell my current house just for the sake of trading. I might raise capital from other options but compromisation of family's comfort level is difficult for me in such case where returns are not guaranteed.

in my opinion, crazy people will do this, just for having an investment you will sell your house? that is a wrong move. investment is for you to have an money and provide all your needs and wants in the future. the most important in life is having a shelter. if you can't afford to have a investment then try your best to earned an extra money for you to have an investment.

Somebody did that before. They sold their house and went om an RV and invested all their money on bitcoins. They're probably filthy stinkin' rich now because of how much the price of bitcoins increased now. I'd even do it if I have my own house. But of course the risk is just to high. I'd be scared.

I don't have any property to invest but if ever I have one, I'd probably consider it  Grin I know someone who sold his car just to invest in mining so I guess everything really depends on your risk appetite.

Selling your house is very wrong. Engaging in Bitcoin needs only your surplus money that needs for profit not by selling your house for investment that is quickly changing over time.
