Well I'm using Kleopatra and GPA from GPG4WIN 2.2.2
Maybe somebody with better skills can shed some light on this mistery.
And of course I'm using the full message.

Use an escrow if you are only trying to have a safe and secure deal. There's nothing more to it
If you deny using an escrow something is obviously up.

Good luck.

I am not familiar with the pgp key program that you are using however it looks like you might not be including the entire message. In order to properly verify if a pgp signature matches you will need to copy everything from "-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----" up until "-----END PGP SIGNATURE-----" in order to check a signature.

I can say that I checked the signature and it checked out for me.

^^ ThePayPalist can not verify my previous post. Can anybody else verify it? It verifies for me just fine, FWIW.

Verifies for me just fine, too.
Appears he is just trying to dodge you.  Undecided

@segvec: you are really an irritating guy. I've noticed that you have a tendency to post in other traders threads and you have even been insulted for that. I will not insult you but corteoulsy invite you to mind your own business. Stop spamming my thread insinuating I am a dishonest person with your silly remarks and emoticons.

ThePayPalist, you can shut these trolls up by simply pre-loading an escrow address. I have created one for you, if you'd like to use it. The initial amount isn't important; fund it with any amount you want to sell.

Escrow for ThePayPalist: 1NvcJNaFACaU7sFgRMT4CjWfZhnuJ5PN5L

Once any buyer sees that this address has been funded (https://blockchain.info/address/1NvcJNaFACaU7sFgRMT4CjWfZhnuJ5PN5L), they're free to send you whatever fiat you agree upon via PayPal, in accordance with the the rules established in your first post. Also, if you don't feel comfortable with me escrowing this deal, that's not a problem since there are a few other trusted members listed in Service Announcements who can perform this for you as well.

Regards,
TC

1 working day withholding.
You should use escrow and have the escrow withhold the bitcoin to the buyer for one day.

If you are not willing to use escrow then you are doing nothing more then attempting to scam. It is not guaranteed that paypal will approve the chargeback if a claim is filed.

Or it just gives you enough time to transfer the funds to an alternate account or buy things.

I knew you would say that. As a matter of fact once funds are in you paypal account you can transfer them to a second account or "buy things" as you say within minutes. All you need is a withholding of some minutes not one day.

1 day hold time will not prevent chargebacks one bit so I think this is just to give you time to "cash out" the paypal.

You are right, nothing prevents a chargeback. The idea is not to prevent it but to know how to fight it back an win it.

The only way to protect from chargebacks would be to hold for 180 days.

That's only partially true. American Express accepts chargebacks for 1 full year so if your buyer paid you with AMEX you could feel the pain for a longer period of time.

I think that instead of trying to trade here I will sell consulting services to people that have been scammed via PP reversals.

If you remove your holding time I will buy some BTC off you.

Unfortunately that withholding period is a key component of the chargeback protection scheme.

I advise all buyers to use an escrow with this user.

Sorry guys but I think you should spend more time reading and studying PP's legal documents instead of babbling in my thread about a topic you clearly only know superficially.

From what I've read, this is really risky for you. Paypal can be charged back for like 180 days.

The longest time anybody can charge-back anything any ware is 60 days. Show me any ware in PayPal policy that they accept charge back within half a year.

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/upcoming-policies-full

It became officially effective as of 18th November 2014

"Users will be able to open a Dispute within 180 Days (with the exception of buyers in Latin America which must open a Dispute within 45 Days) of the date the Users sent the payment."
