If the house deserves the price to the 200B. People will definetly buy them. But make sure, don't keep the bitcoins too long in your account. If the market go entirely down, you loose your money.

first you are asking too much!!!
second provide pictures atleast for the potential buyers they deserve to see if willing to pay 200BTC
third being very practical go see a real estate guy you will get the deal down this way but i don't think you will have luck here.Good luck though
