Yes, this is correct but always have a "safe" card on hand and be prepared for the barista to sometimes say "sorry sir your card is no good because it has been shut down. we dont know why so please call sbx for more information."
Could there be an legal implications of this ? Or at the most they would just reject the card and ask us to use another mode of payment ?
I am actually interested in trying one of these cards out. Also do these work online ?
I have 10 dollars on a safe card, and the rest on all seperate cards. Never have it all one 1 card, because if that one gets closed, you will lose it all.
Assuming that I load one of these cards onto a mobile app. Would it also affect other cards I have on the same app ?
