The website doesn't allow my link, but I have read the Terms of service, and my website meets the requirements, but still not accepted, I have contacted them, but not a reply yet.
PM me the link? They do not allow many domains. This is what the admin says about domains:
"Domains allowed: youtube.com, dailymotion.com, vimeo.com, vine.co and other domains at the discretion of the admin if they are of major websites that won't stall the viewer in any way."
It says other domains are at the admins discretion... So maybe if you contact him and ask he might let your domain pass.
I hope they allow my website, because I can put some good paying ptp banners on it and earn passivly

I think the reason the don't state how many views you get cause it is based on how many seconds you want each view to be. As far as the referrer I think everyone uses facebook. Pretty sure you can not hide the referrer. They only allow certain domains to run on the exchange, I think most people use it for youtube views.
I don't see why u should put 180 seconds, 3 minutes is too much, I think 30 seconds is the best because it is cheapest
