In the OP you stated you are selling 300 Nike gift card for 150 BTC. That is around $65k.I'm confused, you are selling Nike gift card worth $250 or you have 250 Nike gift card in amount?

I'm not sure about the legitimacy but the cards work and I guess that's all that matters.
