From personal experience, Paypal can be an issue.  Is there any easy method out there?

Mixing PayPal with BTC is bad idea. The infamous PayPal charge back will be the most risky issue. You should seriously consider cash only deal. Did you check out: https://localbitcoins.com/?
i did but it seemed like effort, i dont really want to be meeting people! anyway ive heard people can send as gifts and not chargeback, so i might try that!
