Honestly, what do you expect? Negative trust, outrageuous claim with no evidence or reviews.

If you want to sell your guide, offer it for free to one or more trusted members of this forum so they can review it and post their opinion on it. Noone in their right mind will believe your current claims without reliable evidence.

Which means he loses the bet immediately.

Prepare yourself for some major backpeddling.

This alone makes it fishy - if it's guaranteed, why not just do it until you own nearly all the bitcoins?  Unless... it's not so guaranteed as he hopes others believe.

He can't use that method because he cannot guarantee you would be able to sell or buy the Bitcoins.

What this bet is really about is the guarantee part of the deal not the doubling of Bitcoins.

Think about it, there are only a few ways to acquire coins:

1) Buy them. - Can't use that because there is no way of guaranteeing someone will sell them to you. That includes exchanges, because there is no guarantee they will be open.
2) Mine them solo or pooled. - Can't use that. Nothing in mining is guaranteed.
3) Steal them. - Can't use that. The exploit may be plugged. Not guaranteed.
4) Given them by someone else. - Can't use that. No guarantee that person will not change their mind.
5) Sell something in exhange. - Can't use that, no guarantee of a buyer.

I'd be willing to escrow this, provided we agree on some rules:

1) Lower limit of BTC0.001 and upper limit of BTC1000 (i.e. a user could double their BTC0.001 or double their BTC1000)
2) Doubling of BTC must occur within 5 days (120 hours) of starting.
3) The guide specifically cannot mention reselling the information in the guide itself, or any other "get rich quick" guide.
4) All users who accept your bet must double their chosen amount of BTC in the time period mentioned above.
5) If any user fails to double their BTC, while faithfully following the guide, the bet is lost.

The guaranteed doubled Bitcoins must exist on the main network and be accepted by a third party, such as mtGox.

That goes for the bet coins as well. So no starting your own blockchain.

Im just trying to share the guide for a cheap cost and people that keep asking for it for free and to review it is not happening just yet.  I will let someone purchase it see what they think.   and .1 btc isn't that low for a guide.  I will bet anyone 1btc that it is a GUARANTEED WAY to double your bitcoins.  If you want to bet me then I will send you the guide and we can have someone trustworthy escrow this bet.

Will you guarantee the results for at least doubling your bitcoin?

If so, you could probably find someone willing to purchase, if you guarantee (and escrow) an equal amount to what they plan to use to attempt to double or triple, and if they are unsuccessful with your guide, they get paid the remainder out of escrow.

If it's so successful, why are you selling it for 0.1 btc instead of just performing the steps over and over?

Send your guide to me for free to review. If its real Ill let everyone know its legit and they will trust me more than you. People aren't going to buy it when you have negative ratings. Obviously this is probably a scam but I'll keep an open mind.

Careful guys, I think Buffer is trying to scam the OP. This is why bitcoin isn't taken seriously. People try to offer legitimate services/products and they only ever get scammed by the buyers. GOD.
