Sorry, forgive my lack of knowledge but what's stopping you from selling your coins to just anyone using a P2P site like LocalBitcoins or Paxful?

You said due to regulations you cannot sell to exchange but at P2P sites you deal directly with other traders and the price offered is very close to the market price itself.

If you don't want to use a bitcointalk escrow, there's no point opening a thread here in the first place. If you are expecting someone to send you 4 BTC worth of money via bank just by reading these stories, you are mistaken mate.

Don't waste time. Op is Scammer for sure.
Claiming their IRS not letting him use escrow, but only his 3rd world bank as escrow.
Not sure since when banks can escrow cryptos, especially in 3rd world, but seems like this guy have messed up in his own scam scheme.
I had long conversation with the guy for days, and believe me, if you have free time to read his self learned scam scheme, it is worth to create telegram and read all the non-sense.
Otherwise if you are looking for legit deal with security, i suggest you to avoid OP.

If you want to at least gather interest in this deal from some members here I would advice you to post a signed message using the private keys that hold said BTC - that would at least prove that you are in full control of those funds. You can learn more about signed messages here -> How to sign a message?!

I believe he said enough.
Part of his message says "bitcointalk escrow unfortunately is not compliant".
Which means he provide no security.
Only a madman will deal with this guy without security.
I had conversation with OP.
Instead of offering middleman/escrow or any kind of security, he offers a "contract".
I don't want to laugh at that but i am not sure, is this actually a real sale, or not.
Trusting "contract" instead of security such as "middleman" or "escrow" in 2021 is like... Giving that Nigerian prince your full details to receive your 356 millions...

Price bump $46312 or 39500 EUR per Bitcoin.

No matter what you say or give as a percentage (the price is ~€43k per BTC), without solid and significant proof you won't find anyone to "buy" from you.
So instead of bumping your thread with a price, better prove your words or lock your topic and sell them in exchange.

We found a way to get notarization for our wallet where we hold the BTC.

Still, we don't see any signing of this wallet. If it's yours as you say, then sign it. Simple as that. Cool

Figuring out how to legally sell our Bitcoins was a process that took more than 6 months.

That's a very long time and TBH there must be a reason for such a delay...

The only left thing is to sell them now.

Why the hurry? Since there are "legit", you don't have a problem waiting. Roll Eyes

Greetings all,
due to regulatory problems our company cannot sell our bitcoin on an exchange. Thats why we are forced to sell it with contract and invoice from our side and the payment should be via bankwire. We are selling 4 Bitcoins on price on $39500 per Bitcoin, EU residents only. Price is negotiable depending of the quantity. DM for more information.

With your description, a lot of questions arise...
Can you name in which country you are and have such a regulatory problem? If your company has such issues, how do you get those BTC in the first place? Payment via bank transfer, doesn't show that you are selling BTC? And why your price is in US Dollars but you ask for EU residents? Undecided
Very fishy and shady thread you got here and in the wrong section as well...

The BTC were mined 4 years ago, where there were no regulatory compliance by the NRA and we had mining farms then. We are located in Bulgaria. The price is in US dollars or 33 243 EUR. Payment via bank transfer is required as the only case we can sell them is considered them as a commodity. Sorry for the wrong section, which is the correct one?

Even if it's correct what you are saying about regulatory compliance by the NRA, you need to make compliance just because you have them in your possession. As far as I know, in order to sell a commodity, you must own it and to own it you must sign that it's yours. Undecided
Can you sign the wallet that you have those 4BTC?

P.S: You are now in the right section. Cool
