yes that will be the stupid decision that you can make in this time because the price of bitcoin is very low compare to other price since last month. bitcoin is very low now hold is the good thing you will going to do. in my expirience since 2013 im so stupid that i sell my bitcoins and when bitcoin goes up im crying like a baby because the price goes more than 4times.
Yes selling your bitcoin now is quite a stupid decision if you sell now then you would be selling at a great loss and would be losing a lot that you would hav made in a bull market.

You don't,actually call it stupid,the seller will be selling for a finical constraint or for a health issues but others sell out of panic which is lack of orientation.
For me, yes! Selling bitcoin is a stupid decision because if you are investing in bitcoin and you sell it because you will loose your money, you are too dumb and stupid. Man, you are investing, in investing it is all or nothing. It is you will gain huge profit or nothing! Also don't panic to sell your bitcoins that is a bad attitude in investing.

It is a choice to make. If they really needed the money for emergency reason then it is ok, but if it is only because of panic i hope that they should hold it a little bit more Or try to retain a certain value that you can afford so that you can also make a break even with your loses.

actually selling bitcoin is not stupid desision it is depend to the bitcoin user if they want to sell it. Sometime some of us sell bitcoin in a cheap price because of some emergency, right and we will not blame them if they sell it, as long as bitcoin help us we dont care about the price even it is low or high.
