So knowing that some people selling their bitcoin I feel so sorry for them.
As of now its really a stupid decission to sell bitcoin because the value was rapidly decreasing its value.Its better now to hold and wait the moment to rise again.

I don't think its not stupid when you know the right time to sell bitcoin, but if you suddenly sell bitcoin without knowing the bitcoin price then you can't get more bitcoin but if you save your bitcoin and invest it when time comes that bitcoin is increasing then you are profiting through bitcoin.
Selling bitcoin is not a good decision in the present time if we check the bitcoin price now then it will clear that now the price is falling regularly and because of the crypto nature bitcoin can start a regular growth in the near future and the crypto is the long term investment and we have to keep patience and wait for the future because we can get good future.

It can be a stupid decision if the prices go up immediately after the sale. I sold a few of my coins in 2015, when the exchange rate was around $200 per coin. Imagine what I could have done with that many coins.... But then again, I sold a few more coins in December 2017, when the exchange rate was $16,000 per coin. So it all depends on luck....
If you see it with loss then obviously it is most stupid decision and selling it with the profits would be always appreciated. Now I dont understand why people go ahead and do the selling in loss because of which such threads are created in general to ask why they sell and is it stupidity. It's not bad to sell bitcoin, the bad if it's a scam, the bitcoin price may have dropped but it does not mean we're going to panic, because the time will come when the bitcoin will again increase.
Sometimes the bitcoin sellers do not because they see the market going down so they sell. Maybe they are borrowing money to invest in this market and the monthly interest they pay is too high. In my opinion i can say yes selling bitcoin is a stupid decision especially if you will sell your bitcoin when its price or value is to low than the buying price. Yes their has no perfect time in selling or buying bitcoin because no one knows when its price will go down or even will increase. Only the worst thing scenario is that if you had the felling to sell then in just a few seconds its price already decrees and that is really embarrassing. Well it is normal thing especially if you were just new in this industry or business but it has always a limitation. Habitual selling of coins when its price were lower than the buying price will make you a stupid person.
I can say for sure that there are some pre conceived notions based on which some experienced btcsians sell their stocks

This is only good news for us HODLers in the long run. We will loose weak hands and profit even more if we invest when prices drop just as they did right now. It's also good for the new firms (ICOs), since value in most cases rises along with bitcoin. This means new companies and gain a lot of money in a pretty short amount of time, preventing from so many ICOs closing their doors.

Maybe it is one of the stupid decisions because just keep holding for it and sell it in case of emergency needs
