If you are living in the former USSR, use BTC-e. The fee is very low and they are very trustworthy. Other options are localbitcoins, bitstamp.etc. Commissions can be quite steep in Localbitcoins, although the fee is low.

I live in the US. So you wouldn't recommend localbitcoin?

what about the new coinbase exchange??

What is the link to coinbase exchange?

I sell on a local exchange called coins.ph They offer a fast and reliable service to their customers. As for you, you can try kraken or bitstamp, or Local Bitcoins.

If you wanted to exchange your money to PP or any other payment processor you can use https://www.xmlgold.eu/ . with out any problem, Its the best site i ever seen with very much low fees

All prices except BTC->PP is fair. Currently,  according to their rate, 1BTC = $193.14870. Undecided

The only problem I'm running into is that most of these sites want picture ID, bill. etc. Which would be fine if I had a scanner, but I don't. Sad

BTC-e don't ask these.

You can sell and buy coins on the marketplace here in Currency Exchange. Just use a trusted escrow.

If you are living in the former USSR, use BTC-e.

Why did you say that? Why do you need to live in russia to use it? Many people from all over the world use it with no problems.

I don't have to do so, but where is the place to sell bitcoins. Please give links.

The best site to sell as pointed out is Localbitcoins. Just set up an account and start selling.

https://bit-x.com/

https://exchange.coinbase.com/
