ClamCoin has defaulted his loan on me. So Both account is collateral ClamCoin and Landplop because he did not repay his loan so both account is mine.

I have received a few inquiries as to if I am willing to remove the negative ratings from the two accounts being sold. The answer to this question is no
The ratings were on both of the account for a long time prior to orryde taking the accounts as collateral and I was on DefaultTrust for a long time prior to the loan being made. Additionally, I do not see any trust list modifications that orryde has made, so I do not see any reason why he would not have seen both my rating and the Warning:Trade with extreme caution tag on both of the accounts.
The reason for not removing the negative ratings is to prevent scammer accounts from having any value as if someone were to scam, and I were to remove a negative rating after the account was sold then the scammer account would sell for just as much as a neutral trusted account and the scammer would lose nothing by scamming.
