You didn't read the OP I would like to buy one, but the question is can I use this card in my country India, why I am asking this because most of the cards are blocked in India.

You wanted me to register on bitify and verify my account using my ID which takes 24-48 hours so I can sell a VCC for $3, show me an idiot who has the time to waste and go through that process for $1 which would have been my profit for the vcc you wanted. If you didn't have that red trust I would have given you the vcc first but it seems your not one for following rules and nothing would bind you to pay me back.
