I'm interested, but what is lifetime of the acc? Is possible, that it will be deleted somehow and if, why you expect it? How safe it is?
Also, where is location on University? Offer looks quite cool, but I'm really scared, because it may come with unimaginable problems and issues (acc deletion on service, fraud reports, etc)

Well, lifetime is unlimited what I know. Never had any problem, it's like when you make an Gmail acc. I would say it's 100% safe.
I can't tell you where the university is, but it's not in the US. If you want the US one, I can do it for $20 - $30 ( Bulk discount ).
I will refund you if your account gets deleted from normal using. I'm not doing any refunds if it's deleted for doing illegal stuff.
