Quite a cheap price for a real human traffics but does this traffics google adsense safe?
maybe i am interested, but must first to know, that is traffic adsense friendly?

Traffic exchanges are not allowed by adsense AFAIK. I have found some info where people use it and have no problem, but i can not advise or guarantee that it will work for you too.

Yes, that is the point of geo targeting- you can choose only north america for example (it is the most popular demand)
