So his information is still not confirmed, bummer. I'm curious about this, but even if I wanted to invest I couldn't as I do not have the necessary resources at this point.

I'll keep watching to see what happens, good luck to all.

I've updated my post.

Nullu, you haven't really commented on the legitimacy of his information yet. Are you still researching?

Commenting on how he attempted to sell the information isn't what I was expecting you to post about.

No, I've already checked it over. The plan was to confirm/deny it, but after being accused of being a shill it seemed like I'd also be staking my own rep on whatever I said, so I decided not to.

The info isn't fake. Its value is a matter of opinion and of changing conditions that I cannot possibly predict. That's like saying I know what the price of Bitcoin will be tomorrow. I don't. But his information is based on factual information that can be externally verified, so at the very least I can say he is not lying, and that he has information that I was able to check via other links/websites that checked out. Its value is a matter of opinion.

The best way I can describe it is a tip. The info is legit. Whether you profit from the tip is entirely subjective, and I could not possibly guess either way. You always follow another person's advise at your own risk, but the info seemed to check out.

I'll give you a tip for free; It's damn hard to sell something you can't see.

FYI, I don't think the OP is full of it. I think he didn't think this idea through, though. You could avoid all this by just getting a trusted escrower to hold all the funds. If the information turns out to be worthless than you can just get your money back from the escrower. Just share the info with the escrower and he can verify it himself. Job done.

Yep I did not think this through, actually I did, I used my tip for myself, but I just figured out I could sell it too others (well I knew that too but I also knew I would be viewed as scammer and fight for it).

Yeah, well I was sceptical at first too, and I still would be if you hadn't told me, so the flaw was in the way you planned this, not inherently with the principle of selling knowledge. People do it all the time.

so now tell me how to sell it best. I trusted you with the info, now you trust me I will give you 20% of profit from sells.

I would even grant you permission to do it in my name if you wish.

When this is over, and if it goes positively, I'll be prepared to leave you some positive trust. Next time maybe think through the details first.  Wink

Best of luck to you.

Spoetnik I am thinking about sharing it with you, however what is with your trust, there are some negatives.

what negatives ? i honestly have no idea what you mean is there some ratings page on me here or something ? lol

i have nothing to worry about that i know for a fact i have done nothing untrust worthy at all ever and no one can prove other wise Smiley
i have called out some people who have trolled on my for a year straight and they always run and hide when i say back it up or provide proof.. they can't.
like i said plenty of people hate me here so they start shit with me every chance they get.. the usual handful of Trolls.
If you catch anyone doing something bad here they come after you accusing you of crazy shit.. its standard Bitcointalk routine lol
and i have busted a lot scammers & liars here too ..they tend to get mad when you do that Smiley

sending you pm

You should learn to read & research.  Not a single one of those has a reference, and at least one of them is from a well-known scammer.

Just quit and gtfo the forum.  Your little "secret" is worthless & no one but the dumbest of newbs will buy it.

You are excluded from the worthless secret, you can now go away telling people how they suck. Even though ÿou are very bad at it. I have been offended better from 5 year old gypsy kid.

well plenty of people hate me but i am known for being trust worthy i think ? lol

no big deal either way though whatever lol

woudln't have anything to do with a GOX service that lets you get money that was in the news eh ?
people have for a while been arbing BTC with GOX basically in case ya'll don't know.

i had a guy i know a little be super nice and gave me a tip before that made me lots sadly it stopped working after a while though Sad

I don't think the op will mind if I say it has nothing to do with that.

Do you mean arbitrage? That's pretty well known among traders. You could only sell that knowledge to newbies who didn't know better, but that's about it.

To prove I'm in no way connected to BohemianStalker, with his permission once his information is no longer valuable, aka afterwards, I will post a screencap of what he sent me. I won't even bother commenting either way on it.

I just wanted to see for myself what he had. I gave him my word I wouldn't share it in return for him telling me, so I won't.

You are allowed to say if its great info or bs :-)

why you don't you pm me the info and if it's legit like you say and make me a good chunk of coin/cash
i will then give you my word i will give you a lot more than what your asking in return and then tell everyone here if its legit or not too.

if you can make me some money i don't mind sharing the wealth with the guy who gave me the tip Wink

I'm in favour of this idea. Provided you are trustworthy. That should be enough to verify if he has information or not. It kind of all rests on you being a trustworthy individual, though.

This is so laughably complicated now.  Cheesy

Thanks my grandma and grandpa, they always took me into the forst to look for mushrooms and I was darn good at it.

i am a leet magic mushroom picker i can find a liberty cap an inch high in a pile of grass in the dark hiding from farmers (and their horses eating grass) lol

ive got a counter deal for you,

if you pay me some BTC i will listen to you and you can tell me what ever you want and I promise not to call you a scamer! Wink

I have better, I send you 0.000000000000001 btc so you can finally quit this whole thing and make your first purchase - 1 orange. Then you can follow up on your dream by selling that orange to the drivers at the crossroad.
