Can we actually trust you to keep the server up for a year?

A while back, I purchased a VPS from this seller, which worked as described for me. He then messaged me and offered me a VPS for $20 that I could get for 3 years. I agreed and sent the coins (transaction ID https://blockchain.info/tx/c5042e966903446b9a901bf446cf14a8524c39f5bd49840c7fe0c2161e1188bf), but after several days never received my server. The only contact I've had with him after several skype postings was just "te price very up bro" "form the data center we use". I've requested a refund twice with no response.
Seller seemed trustworthy during the first sale, but this last sale makes me a bit wary. I will update again if seller and I work out an agreement.

EVERYONE how is selling Servers from AWS and gives a waaranty for 1 year is scamming!
I can tell you why: They all forget, that even with the 1 year free tier they have to pay for the TRANSFER! SO server is running for on ebilling period, then AWS wants to bill the VCredit Card for the transfer volune, but they can't because the accounts are created with fake data!

as expected my first server I bought from this guy is down from today so 1 year plan seems to a BIG lie. Also I do not see the second server information any more. He came back and asked more money few days back. So guys DO NOT buy anything.

If you follow my messages (and you what you have agreed) I have paid you one 12 month for one server (yet to get the confirmation that it is upgraded) and also more than one moth worth of money for the second server. Because of the all negative feedback here I would like to use the second server for a month (as I already have paid that money) and then do the rest of the payment for full 12 months upgrade.
Please send me the second server details asap so that I can update this thread.
